In my sessions I told people for so many times u just need to stay happy.. Positive.. And hope full.. If u want to get a good mental health.Mental health is important  for every one.. As we are going through a pandemic these days unfortunately  it’s life threatening.. But to survive with good mind is important.. Mental health includes emotional.. Psychological.. And social well.. Being as well. It effects how we think and act
WHAT IS MENTAL HEALTH??
 A  KIND OF health which is important in every stage of life  from birth to death.. Over the course of your life. If you experience mental health problems you think moods and behavior could be affected  many factors contribute to mental health problems including.. 
*biological factors
*life experience. Such as trauma or abuse
* family history.
If we need to stay healthy by mind we have to FOCUS on few of very important factors such as 
1..BE KIND TO YOUR SELF.
IT MEANS   one should  be good with himself before being good with others  take care of urslef  
2.GET BETTER SLEEP.
It  doesn’t means to sleep and sleep. It means that you need  quality sleep of 6 to 8 hours..  Have u ever heard of the word
Early to bed early to rise
Makes a man healthy wealthy and wise
3.KEEP ACTIVE.. 
STAY  moving  do not sit long  do your tasks by your own hand prefer  doing  things at your own.. It will make you happy  that u do not depend on any one  and ull b mentally and psychologically happy 
4.EAT WELL…EAT MINDFULLY. 
There is a saying  ‘ you are what you eat’.. So eat healthy food drink healthy and make u mind happy on what ever you have  to eat stay satisfied even in less food 
5.STAY THANKFUL.. 
 No matter what religion u belong to..  Or what  cast you have..   In every  single condition do not forget to say thanks to your God … It will make u smile internally enlighten and satisfied  psychologically.. And will keep you healthy 
6.STAY CONNECTED
Stay connected to your family sit with them talk to them open your heart with  people. So these were few points to practice a better mental health.
